I am 41 years old. I was born in Denmark but have been living and working in England for the past 20 years. I was taught by my parents to save up, not to spend what I don’t have, not to throw out stuff which is still in working order and to fix what is broken… I have lived by those standards and believe them to be right and true. I am a trained artist and have been fortunate to be able to avoid debt. I have worked mostly for minimum wage. I have also had to work for less than minimum wage within the last two years…  I have no material possessions worth anything much. I count myself lucky that I have no debt and that I am at present in good health. I am the 99% Occupybritain.co.uk
